Apple iPod Shouflé but with voice recorder

I was thinking in buying a sound reproducer like the new Apple iPod Choufle, but I would like it with voice recorder, to keep track of notes or record meetings.

Creative MuVo NMicro N200 as an example.

Low MBs needed. Ogg support as a bonus.

Any suggestions?
